About Us
The Southern Equipment Dealers Association (SEDA) is a non-profit trade association recognized as the voice of equipment delaers, representing and providing benefits and services to dealer members in the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia. The Association was established and maintained to promote the general welfare of retail farm, industrial, outdoor power, turf and irrigation equipment dealers and to:

Improve and perpetuate the retail equipment business and professional advancement of dealer members;

Promote and maintain harmonious relationships and fair practices between manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, retail dealers and customers;

Encourage and support high ideals and business standards within the industry;

Collect, compile and disseminate information of value or interest to its members;

Cooperate with the North American Equipment Dealers Associstion, its affiliates, and other trade groups and organizations in matters of mutual interest and concern.
North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA)
NAEDA is a federation serving 18 state and regional affiliates, including the Southern Association, with a combined membership of over 5000 dealers. Together, the dealers working through SEDA and NAEDA establish and maintain the desired industry standards, enjoy services and benefits through group participation, and collectively have a strong voice in state and national legislative activities.
